# \&nomirror

## Details

`&nomirror` disables the default mirror state of the video preview for a guest, unlike [`&mirror=0`](/advanced-settings/design-parameters/and-mirror.md). Previews are often mirrored by default. [`&mirror`](/advanced-settings/design-parameters/and-mirror.md) can be applied on top of that state, to mirror things back for everyone if needed.
